This habit requires that we be imaginative and conscience. We need to have a clear vision of what we want to accomplish and what we want our future to look like. This is where our class mission statements come in! Westmount classes have come up with their own visions about where they want to be at the end of the year, to serve as a guide for daily, weekly and long-term activities and planning. Beginning with the end in mind means that we have a very clear understanding of our destination in order to take the appropriate steps into that direction without straying.
